What admire most about Kevin is his work ethic. Along with providing high quality support, he is willing to go the extra mile. One time Kevin noticed my server was running on only one drive. Rather than purchasing a new drive on-line and waiting a week for it to arrive, Kevin felt it was important to have the other drive immediately. He took it upon himself to drive out to a local IT supply store, got a replacement drive, and installed it the same day. Now that’s what I call service!

I don’t know what I would do without Kevin at Neuron! I was a very late “Tech Bloomer”. I would look at a computer and my mind would go to “Screen Saver mode”.
